No, not from the start, your Private Instructor will discuss the need of a liftticket after introducing you to the very first beginnings.  As soon as you are able to control your speed and your Instructor feels comfortable to bring you to the slopes, you’ll need a skiing pass for the use of the lifts. Bring your wallet! 3-day First Timer Courses : Liftticket included
Yes, you can book any of our private instructors as a group. You pick the date, specify the groupsize and your preferred Instructor through our booking system. Book here
Generally a refund of the money can only occur if you can show a medical attest in case of a disease or an injury.

If a Private Instructor is free at the requested time, there will be no problem changing over. You will just have to pay the difference in price.

Experience shows us that children over 4 years old have the right coordination and ability to learn the necessary movements on skis. 6 years is the optimal age for snowboarders.

The courses are carried out in any kind of weather. Weather-appropriate clothing is required! If the skiarea closes their infrastructore due to bad weather, we will inform everyone in advance and a new date will be set for the missed out course.

Yes, make sure to book in time to avoid dissapointments!

Especially on weekends, public holidays and during the holiday season, it is necessary to book ahead.

In Flumserberg, there are plenty of very good and professional sports outfitters and we collaborate with them very well indeed. But unfortunately there aren’t any extra conditions for skiing guests. At our meetingpoint you’ll find the Intersport Tannenboden, we advice you to make your online rental reservation.
No, unless defined in the description of the course or trip.

No, you cannot yet pay by creditcard. Note that using certain payment methods comes with a fee, up to 3%! We do not like to ask you to carry these costs and for our small ski school that is not possible.

Payments in Swiss Francs can be done by Twint +41767004819 or Banktransfer (Bank details will be provided after making your reservation)

Payments in Euro can be Transferred to our Euro Account of which we will provide you the details after reservation. We use the currency transfer calculator from Wise.

When possible, we will try to connect you to your group, but the time lost will not be made up. We can’t promise that this will happen as some groups may have already left for the slopes etc.

If you have booked a private course, it’s important to be on time as the time lost cannot be made up as in High season, the instructor will have his next student directly after you.

This depends on ability and age. Generally, we try to stick to the following rule but in very busy times we can’t guarantee this 100%
Beginners : 3-6 pers.  AdvancedKids 3-6  // Volwassenen 3-6

If there are too few participants, the following adjustments are applicable:
1 person – 90 minutes, postponing, cancelation
2 people – 120 minutes, postponing, cancelation
From 3 students – the full 3 hours, or as described in the details of the training.

We try our utmost best to not have to postpone or cancel any training. It mostly will take place even if not enough students will participate. You could be the lucky one enjoying private or semi-private lessons!

Generally, the group courses are in German and English. All instructors speak perfect English and can teach bilingually. We offer German, English and Dutch for private lessons. Please contact us for other languages.
