One of the most important skills in moguls skiing is learning how to absorb the bumps with a rhythmic, flowing motion. As you approach each mogul, bend your knees and absorb the impact by flexing your ankles, knees, and hips. Then, extend your legs and push off the mogul to maintain your momentum and flow down the hill.
Practice this motion on smaller bumps before moving on to larger ones and remember to keep your upper body stable and facing downhill. With practice, you’ll be able to navigate the bumps with ease and style.
