Would you like to start the new ski season feeling confident, technically solid, and full of energy? Then join me for my Ski Warm-up Days in Davos Parsenn! I’ll help you refine your movements, activate your balance, and head into winter with self-assurance and flow.
Who it’s for
These warm-up days are for adult skiers with solid basic technique. If you feel confident on red slopes and want to take your skills to the next level, you’re in the right place.
Location & Dates
The training takes place in Davos Parsenn – a ski area with ideal conditions for technical development.
Group sizes are intentionally small so I can support you individually.
What to expect
I’ve designed a full-day program that prepares you holistically – technically, physically, and mentally. We begin with an active warm-up, then head to the slopes to work on:
• your rhythm and turn technique
• efficient, energy-saving skiing
• mobility and coordination
• trust in yourself and your equipment
I’ll be right there with you, offering direct feedback and making sure you feel comfortable – with structure, but no pressure. And yes: red slopes are no problem for you.

Why I do this
I love supporting people on their journey – with clarity, empathy, and a sharp eye for movement and technique. My goal is for you to start your ski season with a smile, a sense of security, and lots of anticipation.

This group is for who feel comfortable on blue slopes but are still building technique, confidence, and experience. You’ve started skiing and you love it — but narrow paths, steeper terrain, or icy sections still feel a bit intimidating?
Then this warm-up is for you. We’ll focus on:
• building mileage and on-snow experience
• refining your basic technique and transitions
• skiing with more control and flow
• gaining confidence on varied terrain
After each session, you’ll feel stronger, more secure, and ready to explore more of the mountain.
This group is for confident skiers who feel at home on steep slopes and off-piste terrain, and want to refine their technique and take things to the next level. You’re already skiing powder, moguls, and tracked snow — now it’s time to sharpen your timing, transitions, and overall control.
We’ll work on:
• carve turns, short turns, and foot pressure
• off-piste terrain: powder, moguls, tracked snow
• video analysis and personalized feedback
• becoming a technically strong, relaxed skier — on any slope
This is where you become the master of your own line — with expert guidance and a group that challenges and supports each other.
