Berber is a Federally certified ski instructor, nationally trained snowboard instructor, and freeride guide with over 20 years of experience. She has fulfilled various roles within different ski schools, from ski instructor to Head of Ski School and Coordination Trainer. Berber is also involved in ski and snowboard testing, film projects, photo shoots for advertisements, and product and young talent development. She has achieved multiple international podium finishes in various competitions, including giant slalom, ski cross, and freeride, both on snowboard and skis.
In 2007, Berber embarked on the exciting adventure of self-employment. Until 2017, Berber was based in Kaprun – Salzburg (Austria) as an independent ski guide and trainer. During these years, she taught all over Austria until the Swiss mountains called her.
In November 2017, she (once again) emigrated, this time to Flumserberg, a medium-sized ski resort in Switzerland.
Since 2018, Berber has been based in Switzerland with her ski academy “BSSKI” and holds the highest Swiss professional ski instructor status Swiss SnowPro with Freeride & Backcountry license for skiing and snowboarding.
Berber’s area of work is mainly in Flumserberg and Graubunden, in ski areas such as Klosters/Davos, Flims/Laax, Lenzerheide, and Arosa. Upon request, you can ski or snowboard with her at your desired location.
